Beulah Heights University, DWS Drone School, 3D AerialTec, and All Sourcing Group Announce National Drone, Virtual Reality & 3D Virtualization Technology Training Center in Atlanta

Press Release — April 24, 2026

ATLANTA, GA — April 24, 2026 — Beulah Heights University (“BHU”), in partnership with DWS Drone School, Inc. (“DWS”), 3D AerialTec (“3D AerialTec”), and All Sourcing Group (“ASG”), today announced the launch of The National Drone, Virtual Reality & 3D Virtualization Technology Training Center, to be located on the campus of Beulah Heights University in Atlanta, Georgia.

This landmark partnership is designed to expand access to high-demand technology training in drone operations, virtual reality, 360-degree imaging, 3D virtualization, photogrammetry, and related emerging technology fields. Through the partnership, DWS and 3D AerialTec will provide drone, virtual reality, 3D modeling, and photogrammetry training, along with additional industry-focused courses designed to prepare students for career pathways across multiple sectors.

The initiative may also create opportunities for internships, hands-on field experience, and future employment pathways for students in Georgia, across the United States, and internationally through Drone Workforce Solutions, LLC, DWS’s staffing and employment company.

Peter Karanja, Chief Operating Officer of Beulah Heights University, said the partnership aligns with BHU’s mission to prepare students for leadership, service, and sustainable global impact.

“Like Beulah Heights University, Attorney Nix has a bold global vision for the American worker in these emerging technologies, and we are honored and excited to be a partner in that vision,” said Karanja. “Mr. Nix is a thought leader who can truly make a difference in expanding the global footprint for American workers. We see that the sky is the limit with DWS and 3D AerialTec. This initiative fits perfectly with BHU’s goal of bringing meaningful opportunities to our students so they can become active participants in creating a sustainable world. The University community is excited about this partnership.”

Theophilus R. Nix, Jr., Esq., President and CEO of DWS Drone School, said the center will help create new pathways into fast-growing technology industries.

“DWS and its global partners are excited to collaborate with BHU, 3D AerialTec, and ASG to provide education and training in drone technology, 360 virtual reality, and 3D photogrammetry,” said Nix. “These technologies have the capacity to create substantive employment opportunities across a variety of industries for veterans, teens, young adults, and citizens from Georgia, across the country, and around the world. We are always looking for visionary partners who can help us grow this mission and expand access to these opportunities. Drone technology represents a $100 billion opportunity, and virtual reality photogrammetry represents an opportunity that may exceed $1 trillion.”

Reginald Norwood, President and CEO of 3D AerialTec, said the center will help broaden workforce-development access for underserved communities.

“This drone and virtual reality technology center at BHU expands the University’s workforce-development footprint for underserved communities in a new and evolving career field,” said Norwood. “It places students and participants in a competitive position to pursue advancement and long-term success while helping reduce the generational wealth gap in this country.”

The National Drone, Virtual Reality & 3D Virtualization Technology Training Center will focus on preparing students for practical, industry-relevant technology skills. Training may include drone operations, FAA Part 107 preparation, 360 virtual reality capture, 3D modeling, photogrammetry, field operations, commercial drone use cases, and business-development pathways for students who want to start or grow their own drone-related companies.

The program will offer live online classes with flexible training schedules. Students will have access to modern drones, virtual reality cameras, and drone-related equipment designed to support hands-on learning and real-world workforce readiness.
