DWS Drone School Inc. — www.dwsdroneschool.com — in partnership with 3DAerialTec, is seeking experienced Drone Operators / Field Instructors to support upcoming drone training programs focused on real-world field operations and applied aerial technologies.

We are looking for qualified professionals who can teach, demonstrate, and guide students through practical drone operations in field environments. Selected operators will help train participants in safe drone deployment, mission planning, aerial data collection, and operational best practices.

This opportunity will support sixteen contact hours of supervised in-field flight training for students. Training may be delivered in your local field environment with virtual coordination and support. Reliable internet access is required.

Key Responsibilities

Selected Drone Operators / Field Instructors may be responsible for:

• Demonstrating safe and effective drone operations in field conditions
• Teaching mission planning, flight execution, and data capture techniques
• Guiding trainees through hands-on drone flight operations
• Sharing professional experience and industry best practices
• Supporting scheduled instructional sessions and field training events
• Helping students build confidence in real-world drone deployment scenarios

Preferred Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have:

• FAA Part 107 Certification or equivalent drone pilot certification
• Demonstrated experience operating drones in professional environments
• Experience in areas such as surveying, mapping, inspection, environmental monitoring, public safety, infrastructure, construction, agriculture, or related fields
• Strong understanding of drone safety, FAA regulations, airspace awareness, and flight planning
• Experience teaching, mentoring, supervising, or leading field operations is a plus
• Experience with DJI Matrice 4T is preferred
• Must have your own drone equipment; drones will not be provided by DWS Drone School or 3DAerialTec
